We ship handcrafted jewelry from Pakistan directly to customers in the United States and United Kingdom. Every parcel is tracked, insured, and packed to survive the journey.

Same rates apply to both the US and UK. We ship via DHL Express with full end-to-end tracking.
Delivery Timeline

Customs & Import Duties
United States
Shipments valued under $800 enter duty-free under the US de minimis rule. Virtually all our orders fall well under this threshold, so you should not expect any customs charges.
United Kingdom
Parcels valued under £135 typically clear without additional VAT collection at the border. Above that threshold, UK customs may apply 20% VAT plus a small handling fee, payable to the courier on delivery.
We declare all parcels accurately and honestly. If you’re ordering a large bridal set and want guidance on how duties might apply, message us before you order — we’ll walk you through it.
Packaging
Every order ships in a protective jewelry box with tissue wrapping and bubble padding. Fragile pieces (jelly bangles, delicate charm work) get an extra layer of cushioning. Gift wrapping is available free on request — just tell us at checkout or on WhatsApp.
Order Tracking
Tracking is sent automatically. You can also message us any time at +92 305 8644491 on WhatsApp and we’ll check the status for you personally — no ticket queue, no bot.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 business days, contact us immediately. We’ll open a trace with DHL and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund — your choice.
