We want you to love your Slay Jewelers bangles. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.
Return window
You can return or exchange your order within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All bangles in the set must be returned together
- Sale items and custom orders are final sale (no returns/exchanges)
- Returns initiated after 7 days cannot be accepted
How to return or exchange
- Call or WhatsApp us on 0305 8644491 within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number and the reason for return/exchange
- Our team will guide you on how to return the item to us
- Once we receive and verify the bangles, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days
Wrong item or damaged on arrival?
If you received the wrong item or your bangles arrived damaged, please WhatsApp us photos of the package and item within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement immediately — no questions asked.
Refund method
- Cash on Delivery orders: refund via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer
- Online orders: refund to the original payment method
Return shipping
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
